Dance to Success is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to developing students through movement and connection.
Our premier program, Dancing Classrooms, is a 20-session in-school ballroom dance residency for 4th and 5th graders. First offered in New York in 1994 and made famous in the documentary Mad Hot Ballroom, Dancing Classrooms helps students build confidence, self-awareness, collaboration skills, respect, and self-control through social dance.
The Dancing Classrooms program is known to have a transformative impact on students’ well-being and engagement.
During the residency, students learn dances such as merengue, foxtrot, swing, tango, waltz, salsa, and more in a fun, structured school-day environment.
